FlowRate:: Hi CHeNeRiC, how did you choose your username?

CHeNeRiC: the origin of CHeNeRiC was 7th grade. No, 6th. In P.E, we would have our last name, and first name written on the back of the shirt and the back of [a friend's] was Lau, Andy. and I was like, haha, your name looks like laundry. Then he was like haha, yours looks like CHeNeRiC. and I was like HEY that sounds cool, and bam. Another reason-- the friends I hang out with have too many people called Eric-- about like 5 people-- so I have them call me CHeNeRiC.

FlowRate:: That's handy.

CHeNeRiC: yup. and if I google myself, it's all me. Most of it. :D

FlowRate:: And who doesn't google themselves every once in a while? hehe.

CHeNeRiC: yup xD but it's cool, cuz CHeNeRiC is unique and I find all my stuff.

FlowRate:: How long have you been glowstringing?

CHeNeRiC: 6 months, a week till 7.

FlowRate:: Wow, only that long; do you practice a lot?

CHeNeRiC: yeah, when I really like a song or when I'm just bored, I just grab some glowstrings and string.

FlowRate:: nice. Who has influenced your stringing the most?

CHeNeRiC: Brian and Ryan (melvenorc12 & legend).

FlowRate:: Are you a member of the NorCal rave scene, or do you consider yourself "just a glowstringer"?

CHeNeRiC: Never been to a rave, so I'm just a glowstringer.

FlowRate:: How did you come up with the idea for the CLOUD collaboration? Did the acronym come after the name?

CHeNeRiC: it was all a brainstorm between me, Andy (androol), and Brian. i think "cloud" came first and we were trying to figure out the acronyms.

FlowRate:: It turned out really well. How many people sent in video? Did it take forever to edit?

CHeNeRiC: 23 people sent in video and that was way more than i expected, and yes, the editing took a long time.

FlowRate:: Huge turnout =) what are your interests and activities outside of glowsticking and GSC?

CHeNeRiC: I'm interested in this one girl =], listening to lotsa music, hanging out with friends, being on the computer, photoshop, video editing, guitar hero till Ryan (legend) takes it back... is that enough? I LOVE SCHOOL! I LOVE THE HOMEWORK.

FlowRate:: Sarcasm? ;)

CHeNeRiC: duhh =]

FlowRate:: What's your favorite sort of music?

CHeNeRiC: mainly alternative, R&B, and vocal trance is my favorite kind of trance.

FlowRate:: Pretty diverse. Did you go to lovefest this year? how about the afterparty?

CHeNeRiC: sadly no =[ though I heard there were a lot of naked people and stuff. that's scary.

FlowRate:: Why do you glowstick?

CHeNeRiC: because it's the only way I can express myself with music and dancing. I always wanted to do something with music and dancing, and I prolly started glowsticking because I'm easily amused and the lights are awesome.

FlowRate:: all good reasons. Thanks for the interview -- do you have any final comments, shoutouts, advice, or messages for the GS.c community as a whole?

CHeNeRiC: I'd like to thank GS.C for being such a friendly enviroment I can be in, and shoutouts to everybody in gs.c !! and my advice would be SUBMIT TO HAUNTED GSC COLLAB! oh, and I give a shoutout to that beautiful lady. she knows who I'm talking about =]
