It seems that time and time again, the DJ Mag Top 100 gets leaked earlier and earlier. This year it's no different. So far the list holds true with Myon & Shane 54 confirming their #62 spot in a screenshot from a search screen on djmag.com.
Armin Van Buuren still holds the coveted number one spot, while David Guetta jumped to number 2 and Tiesto dropped to number 3. Another surprise is that Swedish House Mafia and all three of it's members (Steve Angello, Axwell, & Sebastian Ingrosso) all made the top 25. Perhaps their 2010 summer anthem, One, pushed them into these positions. Many other new comers were added to this prestigious list this year including Avicii and Dadalife. However, most people just see this list as a popularity contest, not exactly a list of the world's best DJs. There's also the issue of corruption with many people being barred from the listing in previous years, including Christopher Lawrence and DJ Dan, due to web scripts being made to duplicate votes. Whatever your opinion may be, the list does have an effect on industry pay out and who draws crowds to events and/or clubs. 1. Armin van Buuren 10. Axwell
11. ATB
