This is a farewell video to my home of eleven years. i moved down from Fort Worth to San Marcos when i was nine years old, and now in November i will be moving back up to Fort Worth. this location is literally right out in front of my apartment, the sunsets have always been amazing out here.
something i would like to apologize for is the sun's glare on the camera during hte whole shoot, i honestly thought it would look better that it came out in my mind. i would also like to apologize for the lack of glow in this video. although now that i look at it, i personally am glad i didnt have glowing sticks, but to those of you who are die-hard for it, i raelly am sorry, ultras would've been nice wouldn't they? =P
i really am sorry for the skimpy "thank-yous" at the end of the video, but the sunset footage didnt run long anough, and i dont have adobe premiere, otherwise i wouldnt have used the crappy WMM scrolling credits effect =/
also let me just say there were many more people i would have wanted to thank, but those people are the ones that mean something very special to me, but there's one person i have a special tahnk you for:
Cody, if not for our conversations we would have late at night about expression through stringing, opening up your body, finding ways to make simplicity look complicated and emotional, etc. if not for you talking with me about thoughts on stuff like that, i would not have had my style develop into the way it is right now, and i honestly couldnt be happier, thank you =)
so without further ado, this is the video that encloses my 6-year progress in stringing, and one of the most beautiful moments of my life. |
