Noubary just hooked me up with virtual DJ which is awesome, but I think you can only make like mixes to songs that you already have....jsut add effects and loops and stuff.

I'm looking for a program where you can make songs from scratch, anyone know of any?

And also, is there a place to download all different kinds of beats, bass, effects, and loops to add to your songs just for DJ'ing?

yea and if your just starting out go with FL Studio
Cubase and Reason will be way to complex if you know nothing of production programs

NOTE Reason is not proper sequencer in my opinion cant add own vstis to it GAY i see it more as a big VSTi that i have to rewire and record as audio file (guse that makes it more like a synth hmm) FL is decent to start on to get to understand the fundementals of a track but Cubse/Sonar/LOGIC!!!! are some of the top ones FL can be found free allmost any where but i would go with Sonar 7 for PC unlike Cubse it does not constantley crash mind you cubase is good when you have offical version with dongal just H2o haveing abit of fun trying to enfore there TryB4Buy method lol i use LOGIC just becsue it is the best i am yet to see another sequencer rival it in felexability and quality and makes for a great audio edditing tool atm it is fucking over protools becsue you do not have to pay additional prices just to use OMF. but Logic is only for mac which makes sense seeing as Macs pretty much never crash and they are realy officant power wise and ease of use but for PC i would say sonars the go on my PC i still use Logic 5.5 platnum lol but had no trouble working with sonar at a mates place so with SONAR 7 you get mad plugins with it too

Essi, there's something to be said for punctuation and paragraph breaks.

grammar was fine. Needs punctuation (periods and commas) and paragraph breaks.
