Before you can add more speed you should be really comfortable with all ur steps. First start off with slower beats and just flow with the music. Once ur able to do your steps and transition from move to move without hesitating, then you can start to shuffle to faster beats. Thats how i've been practicing and now i can shuffle to HHC beats which is pretty exhausting.

Practice -- it's just the running man with a bit more stomp.

Just practice practice practice.. and take it slow. Make sure you master the steps before you try and speed it up, and don't give up (:

it may look like shit slow but in the end it's worth getting it down right with the shifting of the weight and the stomps

Start slow and then gradually start to pick up speed. Practice in your kitchen wearing socks or something.
As for the shuffle's running man - There are different ways to do running man. For the shuffle (a friend gave me this tip) it's 3 beats - Front, middle, back.

We all know how these dance Circles work...two people start to vibe together and dancing then one steps out or both step out and two other people jump in and they share a VIBE. It isn't really "battling" or "serving" anyone, it is SHARING and RESPECTING and TO VIBE off of others as RAVERS!
