awesome, really smooth transitions from move to move. the threading at the end was SICK and im definitely stealing the trace you do at 1:40 haha

can you do tosses at all with flowtoys? if they wont break/turn off id really like to see a lot of that incorporated into your routine

Whoa, that was excellent. I should watch more freehanding videos. The flowtoys were gorgeous, and you used them well-- it was nice to see times where you had the blue on the outside, and other times where you used the green. I agree that the trace from 1:40-1:49 was fantastic-- overall very fluid, and a nice channeling of the music, too! (IMG:http://www.glowsticking.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Wow, seriously impressed. Looking at flowtoys I thought they would be a bit too bulky to freehand with but you've shown me otherwise. Very smooth, and yes, the threading was awesome!
