While I agree light shows are better in the dark, you'll get a lot more critique if your video is better lit.
That being said, looks like you have a really solid array of moves and your execution is pretty damned good. Saw what I think are some nice toss combos (again, lighting would help me give better advice here) and some really fluid traces, helicopters and good transitions.
I'd say work on expanding your traces a little more. You're really fluid with them but you revert back to the same ones repeatedly.
I didn't see any threading or tutting, so you might consider incorporating those moves if they're something that interest you. It would add some variety.
It didn't seem you moved around a whole lot, again better lighting would help, but it didn't seem to me like you were moving your feet or body much at all.
You have a solid grasp on the things you know and you do them well. You could stand to clean everything up and expand on your current moves to change it up a bit. Bigger variety in traces and toss combos, more stalls, expand on your current moves perhaps and add more body movement.
