Everyone knows the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you nail a move you've been working on for awhile. So i decided to make a thread so that you can share your special moment with us all! Tell us what you just did. How long you've been working on it. And leave any props to people or tutorials that helped you through it. I'll start. Just nailed my first good BTB weave(forward) Ive probably been working on this for the last week. Couldn't have done it without sparrows awesome tutorials! My weave arsenal is almost complete! Crossers...your next!

So which came first? The shitty rave music or the shitty drugs?

good luck with the crossers man, those are IMO the funnest thing to learn, dont forget to always think abstract when learning them as well, there are still ALOT of potential in crossers and bending certain ways and hitting certain planes when spinning that just havent been done yet (props on your btb progress as well)
while i'm here, the move i recently nailed was a btb 4bt onehand weave XD

im also going to say the btb weave (thanks sparrow), but, im freakishly close to getting straightjacket and or the crosser. i serioulsly think that the crosser is almost a tiny bit easier than the sj though, call me crazy, i just feel like i get hurt less on the crosser than the sj.

Bf Straight jacket. looks ugly still but at least i can throw it with some consistancy. Also I've cleaned up dual stalls and left hand stalls which I'm happy about I'm gonna move on to btb wraps and btb sj ps Oh and the bf sj took me bout 2 weeks on and off, and stalls I've been practicing seriously for about a week.
And nate crossers normally come far before sj's since you need to know the movement of the body with crossers before you move on to the sj. Good luck regardless.

Ive got 2 more last night. think one hand spiral to trace done partially on one hand while the other one goes into reg huggy crosser. The trace part after turns it into a butterfly crosser. (looks ugly still, need to clean it up)
and the other one is a pirouette thats starts, two wraps(one on back arm and the second on a spiral off wrist on right) then halfway through the turn now on left arm(one wrap on back arm and the second on a spiral off wrist on right). the wrap and spiral are interchangeable. (very clean)
I'm videotaping this for Feb release.
