I have been throwing the idea of a nunchaku style of glow sticking (is there one??) for a while now... the problem is most glowsticks are not nearly the size and weight required for proper nunchaku form... does anyone know where or what glowstick would fit my specs?

The problem with glowchucking, as you pointed out is the weight and length needed, that being said, I've had good results from 15" sticks. www.glowproducts.com and www.extremeglow.com both work well. I recommend the ultras from EG and the Regs from GP. it might get kinda pricey though.
That being said, if you wanna go the LED route, I've had great fun using Flowchucks from www.flowtoys.com.

I think the 15" Ultras from GP are a much better deal since you can buy them in packs of 4, instead of 5, and the price is $3 less per stick. 4 sticks for $20 is infinitely better than 5 for $40 and you're not left with that odd stick that you don't know what to do with other than buy another pack of 5 ridiculously expensive sticks....

i do nunchakus as well (martial arts) i would say the 15 inch or flowchucks i prefer the flowchucks only because of the weight just need the extra sleeving for weight
