Glowsticking.com does not advocate the stealing of copyrighted music and/or files. These programs are for use at your own risk and for sharing the joys of electronic dance music.

Some of the programs and sites have been added since the original post to help you. If the name of the program and the site is listed but not the web address, just google search =D

Original post:

There are a lot of people who ask "Where do you get your music?"
Therefore, to save time, I made this post to list all good music sources. If anyone has anything to add, edit my post. And can someone pin this please? (i don't have mod in this forum)

Programs
Soulseek (Featuring gs.c's semi-official chat chatroom)
Bittorrent
K++ Kazaa Lite
WinMX
Direct Connect
Direct Connect ++
Bear Share
iMeshLimewire

Websites
TranceAddict - Very good resource for live trance sets

HotTrance - Live set resource for trance lovers. (stream or download)

Digitally Imported (DI.FM) - Internet Radio. Great site for streaming Electronica

SomaFM - Online electronic music oriented radio station.

Proton Radio - House (all forms) oriented radio station. there's a breaks show, an electro show, and an idm/downtempo show, but the rest is mostly some type of house.

Ministry of Sound radio - The biggest electronic/dance internet station in the world. Tons of popular DJs come on and they have contests for prizes. It'll come up a 404 page, but click on "Radio" link to the left and it'll take ya there.

PS from Kael- Soulseek is my personal favorite. Not only has it never failed to find a rare song, but the chat allows you to make more friends and have access to music you've never even dreamed of.

bearshare is a bad program; yes it has a wide variety of things to dl with lots of sources but the exe. itself comes with a buncha adware and spyware.

They also auto install a few other things like 1.800 assistant when you get it . . .so . . .stand clear of the closing doors and don't install bearshare.

thank you.
