I don't think he's faring too well these days anyway- the moment a DJ sells himself out to an Armani Exchange advertising pitch, you know he's losing his edge. Like, seriously? Armani watches, Tijs? WTF.
However, I really hate the BS about the scene 'cleaning up.' I'd usually rather be in a room full of ravers, even if half of them are on enough E to sedate a full grown whale, than with a room of drunk, oversexed, and sleazy club types that you usually find at no-glowsticks-allowed places like Pacha. Unfortunately, the older sleaze generation is where the money is at, so it is a small wonder Tiesto would butter up to this idea.

Yea this comes up all the time...it isn't just that he hates the idea of glowsticks everywhere, but when they are around he gets them thrown at him a lot. I don't understand it, but its something that people love to do...

I can understand PVD and Tiesto, but seriously, Biomehanika!??!? I love hard dance, and that totally put him on my list of douche-bagginess. Interesting enough is that I went to a tiesto concert 2 years ago, and alot of people had sticks and LED's. what was funny is that alot of people there were in polos and button ups and high dollar jeans, who made fun of us real ravers, but would stand in line to get light shows from the people with LED's. i dont get it. You want to be seen as a rich preppy dude, yet you roll just like most sleazeball tweakers? screw you. If you realllly want to "party", then come to the underground place I stomp at. aint no VIP and guest list to save you here. Just pure raw energy and some heeavvvyyy bass. that, and Id realllllllly want someone to come take my sticks away. Hes not the only dj, ive been banned from CLUB RAIN jax fl, cause not once or twice but three different times i had brought somethign that glows to see dj icey... Thats bs, in the discription, it says, i drink a little bit, ha yeah alcohol kills thousands everyday dumbass! hahahaa what stupidity.
