Well i was thinking about this for a while and i dunno if we have one. Well all the other regions have big meet ups and they record what they do at that meet up. I was thinking atleast 1 time out of the whole year we should have a HUGE! meet up of all the midwest people like everyone goes to one spot and just hang out and have fun. I dont know if we do do that but i dunno just on my mind and i wanted to hear what everyone thought of it.

I say great idea, the more gs.c connects with eachother the better, but chances are i won't be able to go anyways, so maybe its not my place to say go for it

I agree greatly with this and i think we should spread the word.
as for where
i would think the place we meet up at should be like a music festival, since festival camping is cheaper than a hotel, as well as it is also better to drive in one day and drive out the next day or the day after to clear your system and have a good nights rest after a rave. so i would look around for upcoming festival and plan around that.

for example of upcoming festivals

or
Lucid Dreams electronic music festival

June is a really busy month for a bunch of us here in Colorado. We have EDC in Colorado and Cali.

What about a meetup around the four corners area...we could all camp and have our own party

dude im sorry but 4 corners area...thats a far trip for some of us farther east midwesterners

and personally i'd like to meet a lot of yall from CO area

and if the meet is gunna be that far way i guess ill have to take PTO ta go out nd meet the CO members

What are some other places that might be a lot closer to where people are?

After looking at the map Nebraska would be the middle

I'd love to do this, regardless of where it's at but with my work schedule the way it is, it's unlikely I'd be able to travel very far.

Even though Colorado has been moved back to the Western USA region, I would love to see this idea continued and pushed to completion. =D

Ok guys......anymore ideas for events or maybe places we could meetup in maybe August. I think we will need at least that long to decide on a location and get everything prepared and money saved. I will continue to watch this thread and try to keep this going.

My only request: please update the original post with information as it is decided. This will allow people to find info quickly and easily (I had to dig through the EDC pre-meet thread to find out where it is >_>)
