Ive been twice, my junior and senior year of high school (3 and 4 yrs ago), and each time it was a fucking blast! I not only marched trumpet in high school, but i also marched in the drumline during the winter, so i was going to DATR for many numerous reasons. But the Santa Clara Vanguard, colorado's Blue Knights, The Blue Devils and the fucking amazing Cavaliers.....you gotta see them all at least once before you die!!!!!!!!

I was actually a member of Blue Knights for a few weeks in the summer of 2005; i went to the first camp, was selected to continue on, went to the second camp, was given a spot as a 3rd trumpet, and at the 3rd camp they said how much it costs to march with them over summer: i quit cuz i couldnt afford it (its around 1600 bux to march....FOR THEM = rediculous). But, the final band is full of members that dont mind payin that much or workin their ass off to do what they love, and the final product is a breath-taking, goosebump-giving, mind-numbingly amazing show!!!!!! That goes for all drum&bugle corps groups....youll def enjoy urself if u check it out.

I highly reccomend u experience Drums Along the Rockies; u will not regret it. When is it this year?

haha i found out about DCI last year wen devin bowski (last years best highschool trumpet in colorado) told me he was in the blue knights
