I couldn't sworn there was a thread about/for photographers and them sharing work and all that stuff but I searched for it and totally couldn't find it, so I'm going to make it. Anyone can discuss pretty much anything about photography and picture stuffs in this thread. (Techniques, style, help, equipment, sharing photos, tips, buying, yadda yadda) I shot mostly 35mm during my school year with my Canon K2, usually with a 28-90mm lens. I dabbled with my 50mm lens for some nice huge DOF shots but just couldn't get as good a feel with it as my 28-90mm lens. When I'm not shooting film I shoot with my Canon XSi with a 18-55mm lens (standard with the camera) and I enjoy it a lot. I recently (June 1 2009) started a 365 photo project so I could stay photographically active during the summer when I'm not at school, because if I didn't I'd probably get too lazy and maybe lose a little bit of my touch when school comes back around. For those that don't know a 365 project is simply a project that consists of a photo a day for a year. So here's where I post most of my work. http://www.flickr.com/photos/alfff55/(IMG: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3653/3590767493_509577dc69.jpg) (IMG: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3343/3180743994_60a884a520.jpg) (IMG: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3335/3262506338_b0cb6bc88f.jpg) (I hope other people post stuff so I don't look like I'm shamelessly self promoting (IMG: http://www.glowsticking.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/closedeyes.gif) )

QUOTE (DreiHarteZero @ Jun 12 2009, 12:25 AM) Wow, these shots are amazing! what kind of software/techniques did you use for the bottle? This will sound silly, but it worked so its all good. I actually used one of these clocks from Brookstone (store at the mall kind of like Sharper Image that sells gadgets) (IMG: http://www.brookstone.com/bs_assets/images/shop/large_300/556555_BL_p.jpg) I had a slow shutter speed, 8 seconds. I hit the shutter and pressed one button on the clock (it changes colors with each press), and switched at 2 second intervals. Forgot to say I moved my hand upwards at each 2 second switch. and thanks everyone =) Hope to see people post some stuff up here.

All of my photography work is non-digital. It's all film and actual lab-printing technique. Maybe i can scan something tho and post it.

Damn hella grainy, almost makes it feel like an abstract. I never strayed far and experimented with film. Always went with a pretty standard 400 ISO film.
