i dont know what im doing wrong... i could get it started for a while but not long enough to say i got the trick down. help would be sick wit it peeps (IMG:http://www.glowsticking.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin2.gif)

Try learning the basic reverse meltdown 1st. Its not btb but it does give you a nice leadup to it and you will start gaining the flexibility needed as well as get used to feeling of the strings moving behind your back.

Woot Poi! Thats where I got my start and then I lead into Stringing so this stuff came a little easier. Meenik on youtube is a great resource for any poi based moves. Look for his waistwrap tutorial, that helped me alot on all things btb.

PS. "Meenik" is the same guy in the video posted above.
