Hmmm, i think it isnt really called anything. If you watch, i alternate from doing circles in same-time upwards behind my back and doing them in same-time downwards behind my back. If you imagine doing it with one hand, you do a circle behind by ur waist into a circle behind above ur shoulder, go over your head to do a circle on the other side behind and above ur shoulder, and then a final circle on that same side behind and by ur waist. The other hand is just mirroring that.
The transition over the head is a little tricky, as is the final beat with both hands crossed and behind ur waist, but its a really fluid feeling move when done correctly.
Maybe.... wed call this a circulating circle cycle within the "mirror"-type moves (like the wings i do, and some anstispin flower buzzsaw things-where each hand is mirroring the other hand over an axis along the body). That's my attempt to begin trying to classify all of these crazy tech-poi moves >.<
