NOTE: GoA is starting something down in the madison area, some rave meet up thing that sounds AWESOME! i fully support him and am not competing with him. I will be going to his as well if possible, so that being said... awhile ago i was looking to get a meetup going in the North East area of wisconsin (Green Bay-ish), just for us GSCers (the main difference between GoA's thing and mine). Just something small, personal, that type of thing. The main problem was a venue. I remember a decent amount of interest and am looking to see if it would still be there. If i get enough genuine interest to get together, chill to some music, do what we do, etc, i'll look harder into getting a place nailed down to use. I know of one place, but it's 100 bucks to rent it for a night. if everyone pitched in ahead of time, it'd work nicely, but i can't hardly ask that unless it'd really work out. otherwise my church may be possible, but i'm hesitant to do that. i trust GSCers to be proper and stuff, and i've used the fellowship hall for my personal glowsticking before (and it'd be no problem to rent it) it's just a matter of interest and the such. as well, if anyone would like to help me or has a place to use, that would be sweet for co-planning it. well, due to the slow and little response, it probably won't happen. i'm thinking maybe if i could get something together on a weeknight with some of the guys from like, appleton and stuff, just to have a small hang out or something. that'd be cool. but i won't have enough time anymore, or interest, to set up a bigger deal that just "hey, let's do this in like, 3 days".

college looms >.< I hear you man, I'm leaving for UW Green Bay on August 31st. If you live anywhere near that area, I would be down for meeting up. I want to keep my glowstringing hobby alive while in college, even if I will not be able to practice as much.

Btw I live in neenah and am Going to school at university of oshkosh next week. So if anyone is close...we should meet up...Hell if anyone is appleton neenah i would love to meet up before feb 1st if possible.
