Tell us what you learn each time you level up, or just when you KNOW you did. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Today I feel like I levelled up... I learned two things 1. Dancing too hard makes you faint 2. ask yourself these questions- You have to be absolutely insane and passionate if you want to be good at dance! do you want to be good? why Do you glowstick? to bug people out? to inspire? why else would you practice glowsticking ? why not maximize your practice time so next time you're at the party you inspire MORE! practice hard guys!

I'm a level 11 glowsticker.
Ablities:
Smoothosity Foot stalls Floor Stalls
XD
Nah. I'm still working on Foot Stalls, Though I can get back/neck stalls fairly consestently. Tosses Tosses and more tosses are my mantra, Along with good smooth traces.
Though I oughta learn how to tut a bit better. o.o

If I am to be called an elitist because I follow a code of ethics that equates to me doing something more than just getting fucked up at a party or dancing for anyone other than just myself, call me an elitist. Stop supporting sites that sell out our culture at 25$ a glove set.

after 2 years of freehanding, i actually feel good about where im at.
i've used a little system, and to my surprise its actually helped alot and made things flow alot easier. Its kinda like a school exam that you have a month to prepare for. Lets say one week i'll work on tosses. Then the next week on stalls and at the end of that week i'll incorporate the two. The third week i'll work some tracing n then mix it in with the last two. Then the final week i'll maybe try working on tutting or mindgames. Then at the end of the month mix everything i've learned that entire month with what i already had learned n see what i've come up with.
im not saying this is the best way to do it, but IMO its worked the best for me. It seems alot easier to just work on one thing at a time instead of trying everything all at once.

glowsticking is an art, therefore i am an artist.. my mediums are my sticks, my canvas is my body.. and as the music plays i will create an image of my own uniqueness..
its not what you know, its what you can PROVE!

CODE just like the black guy to steal some thing . . . . =O
--------------------
When I describe a move as "aerial" I am talking about what we used to call the move set of poi in glowstringing. Why? Because the word poi is what's used for the art of poi, and is mixed up every freaking day when people are referring to either the move set called poi in glowstringing or are referring to the art itself. If you're glowstringing I call it aerial, if not then I don't care what they're called.
