I thought it would be interesting to tell what damage we have taken during practice, or public. i'll start: Just took a HARD blow to the goods. also smacked my face during a bad orbital (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sick.gif)

Knocked myself in the arm doing some UTL arm wraps, it recoiled and bounced off of my leg into my nuts.
