One trace I like alot, and haven't yet mastered smoothly, is the one where you circle your head with one glowstick while you trace down your side and then around both your legs with the other. Really though, any tutorials would be awesome, I'm recently getting back into freehand, after stopping for awhile and going on a strictly liquid/tutting/popping binge. Haha.
