www.teddyglow.comWe all know how these dance Circles work...two people start to vibe together and dancing then one steps out or both step out and two other people jump in and they share a VIBE. It isn't really "battling" or "serving" anyone, it is SHARING and RESPECTING and TO VIBE off of others as RAVERS!

The thing toxic told me 2 do a long time ago is just put your arms into the positions you'd need them to be in to execute the moves and hold em there, and stretch em if you can in that position.

Not all of the hard moves. But for moves that require you to bend and contort your body. Those aren't the only hard moves you know lol.

Just practice the moves you want to keep.
You may get bulkier and stiffer but what matters is your coordination, timing, and muscle memory.
You should be stretching anyways if you're lifting. It'll help relax your muscles and prevent injury.
It would help to have a poi routine like Vicered.

I usually stretch before i spin, just simple stuff like they made you do in like, middle school gym class. Arm circles, stretching your torso to the sides, and a little bit of leg stuff, pretty basic. I honestly couldn't say whether it helped or not, as it's kind of a force of habit at this point, but I've never hurt myself spinning (save for bruises) and my waist wraps have been getting noticeably better after starting to stretch my arms behind my back.

Stretching can only help! I used to stretch before i tried any btb moves, but i naturally built the flexibility with time. So stretch away (IMG: http://www.glowsticking.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/D.gif)

I always stretch beforehand just because its habit. I spent the last 7 years in martial arts and stretching was half what we did everyday. It does help
