So I know it really doesn't matter but I'm gonna break down my problem and see if I can't find some advice. I was practicing at work and had a moment of clarity regarding threading, I can do a couple of simple shoulder threads but, (here's the problem) I'm a righty when I do one with my right hand "planted" it's hard to come out of and I'm not quite sure how to turn it into something else besides a figure 8. I guess the question is any ideas on progressing my thread or easy ways to come out for a righty?

I'm assuming you mean when your left hand is passing through your right pinned hand, what to do after.
A few thing you can do
Have your right hand trace something
Have it fallow the left after the thread and heli or fig 8 like you were saying
Pin your left hand after the thread and start another one with your right.

Basically anything that feels smooth and wont kill your flow.

Thank you, ...so simple but so helpful.

Back to practice!
