An ice pack on it will reduce swelling if there is any (usually there's not), other than that you just have to bear the pain until it subsides. I've done it lots of times, always gotta remember to stretch. Also attempting to stretch the pulled muscle in different directions seems to help a bit, but if it hurts very much stop, it could damage it more. |

ok... so i went to the gym and, like a retard, i forgot to stretch my arms. so when i was swimming, i pulled my left tricept. It hurts so much that i cant even glowstick :-( have any of you guys pulled a muscle before and how did you treat it? |
