what kind of strings do you use to hold your sticks? regular string, cole cords, shoe laces...... let me know also which is the best to use...........plz and thankyou

first off welcome to GS.c
I personally use regular flat shoelaces 45" with the laces doubled up

There is no right way wrong way but most glowstringers use shoelaces. Colecord is good for other types of poi.
