Lately I've been learning tons of BTB moves, which is awesome!!! But whats not very awesome?
I get incredibly winded, super sweaty, and nearly pass out after only about 5 minutes of practicing my BTB moves. WTF!!!
Then I realized I have ASTHMA and a condition called PIGEON BREAST (yea I KNOW its sounds super gay) (Heres some info for the people who have no idea what that is...

So, my chest condition makes it really hard to breath while my arms are behind me and im bending in weird ways. Plus, when I exert myself it becomes even harder to breath, since I'm new to the moves I'm really really exerting myself.
What I'm asking is if anyone knows anyway I can practice in a way that isn't so physically taxing?
Maybe some breathing exercises that may help?
I don't like taking medications though...
