1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The services that Glowsticking.com ("GS.C") provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://www.glowsticking.com/tos.php. In addition, when using GS.C owned, operated, or affiliated services, you and GS.C shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Glowsticking.com provides the following services to its users, including but not exclusively, various messaging tools, forums, personalized content, member profiles, user submitted galleries, and official hosted events. In addition, it may provide services that may be developed in the future (on the "Site"). You also understand and agree that the Site may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for GS.C to provide the content and resources on the Site. You also understand and agree that use of the Site may entail the inclusion of certain communications, which may include paid advertisements, administrative messages, and any e-mail newsletters. You understand and agree that the Site is provided "AS-IS" and that GS.C assumed NO responsibility for any damage related to the above. You are responsible for all fees associated with any fees related to the transmission of the content available on the Site.

Please be aware that GS.C has made available certain areas on the Site that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and view such areas.

3. GENERAL RULES
Your may only use the Glowsticking.com Service as expressly permitted by Glowsticking.com. You may not cause harm to the Site. You may be denied usage of the Site at any time for any reason. Common infractions include, but are not exclusive to, (a.) interfering with the operation of Glowsticking.com (b.) modifying or creating derivative works (c.) impersonating another person or entity (d.) assist of encourage any third party in engaging in any activity prohibited by the TOS.

4. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or GS.C has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, nor current or incomplete, GS.C has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

5. GLOWSTICKING.COM PRIVACY POLICY
Certain information about you that is voluntarily given by you is subject to our privacy policy. You understand that through your use of the Site you consent to the collection and use of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Glowsticking.com and its affiliates.

6. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation ("User Name"), upon completing the Site's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Glowsticking.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exist from your account at the end of each session. Glowstcking.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss of damage arising from your failure to comply with the section "MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY".
